Biography

Born in Connecticut in 1948, Jeb Brady attended The Arts Students League of New York, The Academy of Art in San Francisco and Marin Junior College.

His work has been featured in many exhibitions including: Well Fargo Bank, San Anselmo Wine and Art Festival, University of California and many more.

As a representational painter, Jeb’s paintings offer a balance and broad view of the world as he perceived it.  His style was elective, within the realm of traditional. He worked primarily in three genres: figurative, landscape, and still life. Within these genres, he also painted a diverse collection of people, places, and objects that captured his interest and imagination.  Brady was influenced by Dutch and Spanish painters and also admired the aesthetic of Asian painting. His work was a personal statement which respected those disparate traditions.
